- Annual Policy review process to be automated based on a set review date.
- Mail merge feature to be used to export policy content in specific DP world template to specific stake holders.
- History Log to capture and present relevant understandable information on changes.
- End user training on the process flow for policy management solution.
Risk Management
- Devices / Application / Information assets to be uniquely captured in the tool with their respective criticality value and attributes. Rather than as common asset object.
- Risk Assessment to be considered for all the org assets, rather than just information asset.
- Role based end user training on process flow for Risk management.

- Consider mapping of controls to authoritative sources and industry standards.

Policy Management
- Upgrade to current version of RSA Archer Platform
- Production and UAT Instance to be in sync with respect to configuration, data and solution version.
- Changes and testing to be done on UAT instance. Before moving to Production.
- Copies of the core application and questionnaire need to be deleted from Production and UAT Instance.
- System performance to be tracked to consider any hardware enhancement.
- Access privileges need fine tuning.
